We offer free shipping under the following conditions:

• Rest of the World: Free shipping on orders above €49.95

• Hungary: Free shipping on orders above €149.95

• Israel: Free shipping on orders above €149.95

• USA: Free shipping on orders above $149.95

Free shipping applies to transportation costs only and does not include customs duties, VAT, or import charges.

Shipping Timeframe

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the product(s) ordered.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days

Customs & Import Duties (DAP Shipping Terms)

All orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place – Incoterms® 2020) terms.

Under DAP:

• We cover export clearance and transportation to your destination country.

• The customer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and local taxes upon arrival.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are outside of our control.

If an order is refused due to non-payment of customs duties or import fees:

• Return shipping, storage, or destruction costs may apply.

• These costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Customs delays are not considered valid grounds for cancellation or refund while the shipment is in transit.
