10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Harass employees, contractors, affiliates, trainers, partners, or customers.
Sugar Browed reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
11. CERTIFICATIONS AND BRAND USE
Sugar Browed may issue certifications for certain training programs, masterclasses, educational services, or professional assessments.
A certification confirms only that the participant has successfully completed the applicable Sugar Browed requirements at the time of issuance.
Certification does not constitute:

A professional license;

Government approval;

Regulatory approval;

Employment certification;

Business accreditation;

A guarantee of competence;

A guarantee of future performance;

A guarantee of business success.
Only individuals who have successfully completed an approved certification program and remain in good standing may represent themselves as a "Certified Sugar Browed Artist" or use any equivalent designation authorized by Sugar Browed.
Certification rights are personal, non-transferable, revocable, and subject to ongoing compliance with Sugar Browed policies.
12. CERTIFICATION REVOCATION
Sugar Browed reserves the right to suspend, revoke, withdraw, or terminate any certification at its sole discretion where reasonable grounds exist, including but not limited to:

Piracy;

Copyright infringement;

Trademark misuse;
-
Brand misuse;
-
Fraudulent conduct;

Misrepresentation;

False advertising;

Unsafe professional practices;

Violation of applicable laws;

Violation of these Terms or related policies.
Upon revocation:

Certification status immediately terminates;

Any right to use certification-related branding terminates;

Any directory listing may be removed;

Any certification badges, logos, or promotional materials must cease to be used immediately.
No refund, compensation, or reimbursement shall be provided in connection with certification revocation unless required by applicable law.
13. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Sugar Browed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable, or permanently terminate any account at any time where reasonably necessary to:

15. FRAUD PREVENTION AND CHARGEBACKS
By placing an order, you agree to contact Sugar Browed directly regarding any concerns, complaints, or disputes before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal through a bank, credit card provider, payment processor, or financial institution.
Sugar Browed reserves the right to provide all relevant evidence relating to an order, including but not limited to:

16. PRODUCT SAFETY AND PATCH TEST REQUIREMENTS
Many Sugar Browed products are intended for professional beauty use.
Customers must carefully read and follow all instructions, warnings, safety information, storage requirements, and usage guidelines before use.
Patch testing is mandatory before using products that may come into contact with skin, hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, or surrounding areas.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

Product compatibility cannot be guaranteed for every user.
Failure to perform a patch test constitutes use contrary to Sugar Browed recommendations.

19. CERTIFIED ARTISTS AND THIRD PARTIES
Certified artists, trainers, salons, educators, affiliates, distributors, and business partners operate independently unless expressly stated otherwise.
Sugar Browed is not responsible for:

Any agreement between a Customer and an independent third party is solely between those parties.
20. INTERNATIONAL SALES, EXPORT RESTRICTIONS, AND SANCTIONS
Sugar Browed sells products and services internationally.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products, services, and materials may legally be imported, possessed, used, or accessed within their jurisdiction.
Sugar Browed reserves the right to refuse, cancel, restrict, or terminate orders where:

Government restrictions apply;

Legal compliance concerns exist;

Delivery is impractical or unsafe.

24. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sugar Browed, its owners, affiliates, contractors, trainers, representatives, suppliers, licensors, fulfillment partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

Sugar Browed may utilize third-party services, platforms, software providers, payment processors, educational platforms, fulfillment providers, logistics providers, marketing platforms, analytics providers, and other external services.
Sugar Browed is not responsible for:

Consumers residing within the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform where available.
32. SEVERABILITY

Customers may not assign, transfer, sublicense, delegate, or otherwise dispose of any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Sugar Browed.
Sugar Browed may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
35. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with all policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Sugar Browed regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, communications, representations, and discussions relating to the subject matter.
36. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Sugar Browed reserves the right to modify, amend, update, replace, or revise these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will become effective upon publication on the website unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Customers who do not agree to revised Terms must discontinue use of the Services.
